Storm Proof week 1 "Becoming a heart prepper"

This message confronts us with a powerful truth: we can attend church every Sunday, highlight verses in our Bibles, and even memorize Scripture, yet still miss the transformative power of God's Word. The central question isn't how much we hear, but how deeply we allow truth to penetrate our hearts. Drawing from Jesus' parable of the sower in Luke 8, we discover that our hearts can resemble four types of soil: hardened like a footpath where pride prevents the seed from taking root, rocky where joy is present but depth is lacking, thorny where worldly cares choke out growth, or good soil that produces an abundant harvest.
